CFK acquired this prominent office building very close to Huddersfield town centre on a major arterial road. Planning permission was successfully obtained for a landmark mixed use scheme comprising retail, leisure, office and residential accommodation.

The building has been purchased and occupied by Kirklees MC and is part of a future major regeneration proposal.
